You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Talent Recruiter Selection youll lead the interview and selection process for instructional hiring across six middle schools and two high schools in Newark ensuring candidates have a high-quality experience and school leaders are supported every step of the way. In this role you will partner closely with an Outreach Recruiter who owns top-of-funnel sourcing while you focus on screening interview coordination candidate engagement and school leader collaboration. You will serve as a trusted advisor to school teams and play a critical role in helping Uncommon build diverse high-performing instructional teams.

Compensation
The starting pay will most likely be $67300 to $71300. The full range for this role is between $67300 and $79200 but the starting pay will depend on various factors including relevant professional experience education certifications and tenure with Uncommon Schools. To receive an offer at the top of the range candidates will need significant experience beyond the job description requirements. Because we value staff tenure in a role we do not currently cap salary ranges for current staff members.
