Job Description
Welcome to The Verve Hotel - BostonNatick! We are currently seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for all our visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle reservations and cancellations
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
