ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop departmental procedures and polices to ensure compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations
- Investigate shortages and errors recommended and implement corrective action to protect company assets.
- Analyze customer counts and trends to determine necessary staffing levels.
- Ensure all departmental staff is trained on policies procedures and methods.
- Respond to guest complaints or problems and ensure corrective action is taken to prevent reoccurrence in the future.
- Review departmental expenses and ensure compliance with the budget.
- Other duties as assigned.
