As an Office Services Coordinator you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients and guests.You will build relationshipswith your team and clients while ensuring their needs are met.

Your job responsibilities as an Office Services Coordinator:

  • Createaninvitingandcollaborativecultureforemployeesclientsandguests.

  • Coordinatemeetingset-upandclean-up including ordering catering and room set-up.

  • Provideguidance ontechnologyinconferencerooms assist managers with the onboarding of new team members and other IT duties.

  • Responsibleforansweringclientcallsandconnectingclientswiththeiragent.

  • Provide support to the copy center and the mailroom.

  • Create social medial for all offices in the Great Plains Region.

  • Performotherrelateddutiesasassignedbymanager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least 2 years of office experience providing administrative or office support in lieu of education/degree.

  • Ability to organize prioritize and handle multiple work assignments independently.

  • Must be able to maintain regular and predictable attendance.

  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse groups including associates candidates and visitors.

  • Ability to perform administrative functions.
