Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive IT for our Ahmedabad office. This full-time junior position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The selected candidate will have expertise in lead generation client relationship management and communication with a commitment to driving growth and expanding our client base.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in lead generation client relationship management and communication (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in cold calling with a strong ability to initiate and maintain effective sales conversations.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales showcasing the ability to understand and target customer needs effectively.
  • Skilled in negotiation capable of confidently handling objections and closing deals efficiently.
  • Proven track record in new business generation with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets consistently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective lead generation techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential new clients and opportunities.
  • Engage in effective cold calling to establish communication channels with prospective customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver clear engaging presentations to potential clients about the companys solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to establish advantageous business relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the companys growth and success.
