As a Test Manager in the Managed Services Platform youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through execution and beyond and you will oversee the testing lifecycle to ensure that products and processes comply with industry regulations and organizational standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance testing strategies collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership skills a comprehensive understanding of compliance standards and proficiency in testing methodologies. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:
Design and drive implementation of end to end testing strategies and frameworks needed to test all the dimensions of an application platform including functional correctness performance scale and security across the Project/Program covering all the workstreams/tracks.
Manage creation and automation of reusable business-level tests that are easy to maintain even when underlying features change.
Work with application team to understand new features triage and troubleshoot major defects / issues prioritize defects identify solutions and determine root causes with the help of application teams infrastructure teams architects and developers
Drive improved test coverage across application releases.
Performs evaluation analysis and makes recommendations regarding tool usage and selection.
Design and develop test tools that allow teams to scale out to support new features.
Provides technical direction and support to team members in multiple geographic locations on testing approach and all aspects of automation testing to ensure industry standards and best practices are followed.
Work with development quality DevOps and product management teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing.
Utilizes tools and methodologies to improve individual team effectiveness and to increase efficiencies in the QA process.
Establish Test Environments Management and Test Data Management strategies and implement them for different testing activities.
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
Degree Preferred: Bachelors in Computer Engineering
Minimum Years of Experience: 9 year(s) of progressive roles managing IT quality assurance and control within software/systems development processes

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Manager
9 years of overall experience in Software Testing
Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Proven track record in projects in an international environment
Practical experience in test effort estimates
Very Good knowledge on Healthcare Energy and Utilities Domain
Practical experience in test strategy and tests plans definition (for complex integrated solutions)
Experience in managing teams during UAT/E2E testing
Practical experience in the use of test management tools e.g. ALM qTest JIRA Azure DevOps etc.
Being familiar with Test Automation tools like TOSCA UFT and able to manage test automation scripts design and implementation.
Experience in non-functional testing management
Ability to see tasks through to the end and meet tight deadlines taking responsibility for their completion and maintaining quality throughout
Confident with working in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in geographically dispersed environments
Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships at all levels
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Strategy Development:Design and implement robust compliance testing strategies plans and processes that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Leadership & Management:Lead and manage a team of testers focused on compliance providing guidance mentorship and performance evaluations to ensure high team performance and engagement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with legal regulatory and operational teams to ensure comprehensive compliance test coverage and promptly address any issues or concerns.
Quality Assurance:Establish and enforce quality assurance standards and metrics for all compliance testing phases. Implement automation strategies to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy where applicable.
Risk Management:Identify assess and mitigate risks associated with compliance testing activities. Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges proactively.
Reporting & Documentation:Prepare detailed test reports and documentation including compliance assessment summaries defect logs and performance metrics. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the compliance testing process leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all products and processes comply with applicable laws regulations and standards staying updated on changes in the regulatory landscape.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Test Manager or in a similar role with a focus on compliance and regulatory standards.
Strong understanding of compliance processes testing methodologies and quality assurance practices.
Proficient in test management tools and automation frameworks.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Agile and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
