About the job

In this role you will report directly to the Iberica Area Manager and your main duties will be the following:

  • Leading Store Managers to drive sales as well as brand and retail execution across Swarovski Retail by achieving monthly/yearly budgets and targets.
  • Building strong relationship with the Store Managers and their retail teams through regular visits follow-ups pathway meetings and feedback loops; building a strong team and ensuring effective communication across all touch points.
  • Taking ownership for store performances effectively allocating resources and refining processes to drive profitability in a variety of situations and market conditions.
  • Managing sell-out for dedicated Swarovski Retail Store.
  • Facilitating replenishments and ensuring right stock levels to drive sustainable results.
  • Motivating and coaching whole retail staff to ensure excellent and consistent consumer experience.
  • Accountable for profitability of Swarovski owned and partner stores.
  • Providing feedback to VG Teams via the Area Manager on customer/market cluster needs initiatives/tools as well as proposing any other improvement ideas.

About you

We are looking for a motivated leader who brings along the following background:

  • 3/5 years of work experience in a similar role within retail environment.
  • Solid understanding of Sales Marketing Merchandising Demand Planning and HR on retail store level.
  • Strong communication leadership and relationship building skills.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned Area up to 80% of working time.
  • Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
