Your contribution
Build structured Market Intelligence framework and routines to improve sales organizations understanding of market context and evolution steer business decisions and actions towards Clarios strategic objectives
Support Channel Strategy definition and implementation by collecting and analysing customer data in a structured way and translating it into comprehensive reports intended for sales and leadership teams.
Responsibilities: What you will do
Support Market Model definition and improvement under the leadership of the Global team. Ensure its deployment to regions as a relevant and trusted strategic sales planning and market intelligence tool.
Coordinate yearly updates of Market Mapping with local teams. Summarize outcome and key learnings ensuring consistency with EMEA IAM channel strategy and business objectives
Establish a structured process for Customer Data Collection: potential mix Services offered (current Give & Take) supporting our Customer Classification process and to assess current Clarios share of wallet customer value and identify gaps and growth opportunities.
Implement and update a monthly Market Intelligence Newsletter addressed to IAM team to ensure relevant market information is consistently spread across the organization.
Establish regular and trusted connections with regions and at HQ level
Knowledge Skills and Abilities: What we look for
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills innovative mindset ability to simplify complex ideas
Problem-solving skills and a positive mindset
Excellent communicator with solid presentation and interpersonal skills
Hands-on mentality self-starter can-do attitude and a challenger of the status quo
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders of different levels
Fluent in English any additional language is a plus
