Job Summary

Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Full-Time

Jacksonville NC

Compensation DOE: Up to $155K

A global manufacturing organization is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead process development for new product launches. This role is critical to driving first-time quality lean production efficiency and on-time delivery in a fast-paced automotive-focused environment.

What you will be doing as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer:

Lead end-to-end manufacturing process development for new programs.

Achieve 99% First-Time Quality and drive lean process improvements.

Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering quality and operations.

Lead equipment specification procurement and commissioning.

Conduct PFMEA develop control plans and manage global business case inputs.

What you will need as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer:

Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.

7 years in advanced manufacturing (automotive preferred).

Strong background in Lean Six Sigma and new product launches.

OEM or Tier 1 experience Green Belt certification familiarity with IATF 16949 standards preferred.

Proficient in CAD MES and project leadership.
