Job Description
Overview
Nakupuna Services is seeking a User Administrator. The User Administrator IV is a senior role responsible for managing and maintaining the organizations Public Key Infrastructure while ensuring the security integrity and efficiency of information systems and digital certificates. This position requires someone experienced in the access requirements for SIPRNET NSANET JWICS and other sensitive networks.
Responsibilities
The following duties reflect managements definition of essential functions for this job but do not restrict the tasks that might be assigned. Management may assign additional duties and responsibilities at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons:
- Manage the complete lifecycle of digital certificates including issuance renewal and revocation
- Gather analyze respond to resolve or forward customer IT service requirements or problems most efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain PKI policies procedures and documentation
- Monitor and maintain Certificate Authority (CA) infrastructure
- Implement and manage certificate management systems
- Conduct security assessments and audits of PKI systems
- Employ the Governments IMO business processes and tools. IMO support services shall include monitoring of service requests and incident tickets to ensure service performance standards are being met and service delay issues shall be escalated to the Government lead
- Provide technical support for PKI-related issues
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
- Coordinate with stakeholders for PKI integration requirements
- Manage identity and access management systems
- Troubleshooting of IT equipment software or process failures
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Train end-users on PKI-related processes and procedures
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Cybersecurity or related field
- 5 years of experience in PKI management and information security
- Relevant certifications specific to the client.
Skills/Qualifications:
Techical Skills
- Strong knowledge of PKI technologies and cryptography
- Experience with certificate management tools and systems
- Familiarity with security protocols (SSL/TLS HTTPS)
- Understanding of digital signature technologies
- Knowledge of identity and access management principles

Clearance Requirements: Active TS/SCI security clearance required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground MD
Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands wrists and fingers.

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors including but not limited to the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability organizational requirements and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $95000.00 to $111000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
