Len-Tex Corporation a leader in sustainable wallcovering solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Pre-Match Technician to join our dynamic team. If you have a keen eye for color strong math skills and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ink batches using the X-Rite system to meet production needs.
- Perform precise color-matching drawdowns to meet established standards.
- Follow standardized procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage materials efficiently to minimize waste.
- Label and document ink batches accurately including drawdowns and weights.
- Record ink usage on production orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area; participate in weekly department cleanups.
- Support team efforts and take on additional duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For:
- Excellent color perception and ability to pass a color vision test.
- Strong math skills including multiplication fractions and percentages.
- Basic computer literacy and solid reading/writing abilities.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable using hand tools such as wrenches utility knives and wipers.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
