Requirements:
- Greet and present a professional and friendly image to employees visiting guests and customers
- Monitor coffee service areas throughout the day to ensure coffee is available
- Maintain and clean coffee service area including emptying and cleaning waste bins inside the coffee machines
- Stock coffee supplies including but not limited to coffee packs sugar packs creamer cups coffee cups coffee cup lids coffee cup sleeves and straws
- Track and order inventory/supplies from vendors; to include ordering and stocking of supplies for the coffee service areas conference rooms supply rooms and other areas as designated.
- Perform daily walk through of the area perform straightening of conference rooms break rooms and public areas during walk through as needed
- Request facilities attention for maintenance/safety issues observed on walk through
- Respond to locker request as needed
- Correspond via email using Microsoft Outlook
- Provide backup support for conference/meeting room reservation
- Provide back up support to mail services functions as needed
- Replace water cartridges and check flavored water
- Stock and maintain merchandiser drawers
- Building Issues/Furniture//Technology support for work areas conference room devices phones and connectivity - includes opening trouble tickets and follow up for repairs/service as needed.
- Assistance with all mail services - will include interfacing with Mailroom personnel as required
- Assistance with handling of all recycle/regulated waste generated by visitors
