Job Description
Are you skilled in maintenance and enjoy ensuring facilities operate smoothly and stand tall Join our Kocourek team as a Maintenance technician and play a key role in maintaining our facilities to the highest standards. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and can contribute to a positive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment HVAC systems plumbing fixtures and electrical systems.
-Maintains dealership landscaping and lawn care.
- Conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in general maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with colleagues and vendors.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.

Hours:Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30 pm. Additional hours as necessary.
