Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40Were looking for aManager of Facilities Laundry Servicesto oversee and optimize our laundry operations ensuring high-quality service and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily operations of the laundry services team
Ensure timely and efficient processing distribution and inventory of linens and garments
Maintain compliance with infection control safety and regulatory standards
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or repairs
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
Train schedule and support laundry staff to ensure a productive and positive work environment
Whats Available:
1.0 FTE
Location: La Crosse WI Main Campus
Schedule: Hours typically between Monday-Friday days with willingness to work outside standard hours as business needs permit
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a related field
Prior managerial experience in a related maintenance facilities management field.
Previous experience in laundry operations preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of safety standards
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
