Job Description
What You Will Do:
As an Injection Molding Set Up Person you will be responsible for supporting the molding area by:
Performing mold changes in injection molding machines.
Programming and setting up robotic systems used in the molding process.
Assisting in the optimization and continuous improvement of production processes.
Operating under established procedures and standards to ensure product quality and efficiency.
Adapting quickly to shifting priorities and production needs.
Working in a high-demand environment with multiple tasks and physical activity.
Collaborating with team members to ensure safe and effective operation.
What You Will Need:
1 to 2 years of technical experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of a technical program or certification in a related field (e.g. industrial maintenance mechatronics robotics or similar).
Proficient English skills both verbal and written.
Basic understanding of robotics mold setup procedures and process improvement.
Experience in injection molding or in working with automated machinery is highly desirable.
