High Mountain Transport is a family owned and operated company and has immediate openings for an Admin Assistant in Sparks NV. We are looking for workers who take pride in their job have attention to detail and who want to be a key player in a growing company. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem solving and working in a fast-paced environment and excel with communication and has a strong attention to detail. This position will expand to include additional responsibilities as candidate is trained.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Quick and accurate data entry. Ability to keep accurate paperwork and respond to customer and co-worker requests promptly and accurately. Regular filing. Follow directions with an emphasis on attention to detail. Must be reliable hardworking and able to work independently and within a team. Must be able to communicate effectively with team members. Other job duties as assigned per your direct supervisor.
