WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Introduction planning and implementation of requirements engineering methods (requirements analysis requirements specification requirements modelling requirements reviews);

• Consolidation of LAH bundle for tendering;

• Ensure documentation analysis availability of prioritization and agreeing on requirements;

• Ensure consistency and maintain all aspects of the traceability by documenting a requirement and its origin;

• Monitoring and driving change of requirements and communicating this to relevant stakeholders and suppliers;

• Establish and maintain a requirements configuration including definition and realization of a baselining concept;

• Maintain communication channels within a project team the project team members stakeholders;

• Implementation update monitoring and reporting of metrics (KPIs) related to requirements;

• Coordination and execution of supporting activities in context of requirements engineering.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• Knowledge of tools:

- Requirements engineer tools: DOORS AVW;
- MS Office;

- JIRA/Confluence.

• Relevant work experience in project- and requirement engineering preferably in an automotive software or system environment;

• Overall understanding of (embedded) system development processes;

• Overall understanding of system development processes according to ASPICE UNECE GSR and ISO26262;

• Advanced skills in MS Excel (Pivot formulas complex formatting complex tables ideally skills in creation of macros) and good knowledge in MS PowerPoint;

• Enjoyment of administrative and coordinative tasks with internal and external contact persons.

• Strong communication moderation and conflict management skills paired with high assertiveness

• High level of own initiative team-oriented and structured way of working

• Demonstrated ability to act and operate independently in project teams with a fast-paced environment

• Structured goal-oriented and independent way of working

• Confident appearance towards stakeholders (representing customer interests vis--vis suppliers)

• Good English and nice to have German language skills.
