Our office in Toronto is expanding rapidly and we are looking for skilled consultants to help shape the future and direction of our Canadian are a full-service management consulting firm that works across all sectors but have experienced strong demand for our services in education health and government.
As a Senior Consultant you will find Nous exciting intense and challenging. You will get the opportunity to broaden and deepen your consulting skills work on complex and interesting projects and take ownership of specific project or content domains. You will have the opportunity to take the lead on client consultations build your project coordination capability and support the development of junior consultants.
This is a unique opportunity to help grow a dynamic office underpinned by the resources of a larger global consulting firm. You will have the autonomy to focus on your development and we will provide the support to ensure that you reach your potential. The role:
- Take ownership of specific project domains or work streams and deliver them to a high standard
- Lead client consultations and other engagements
- Undertake project coordination activities on small to medium-sized projects building on your project management capability
- Develop strong well-crafted deliverables to convey key messages to clients in an influential way
- Take an active role in client development by coordinating client or sector teams contributing to pursuits and identifying opportunities for future client engagements
- Provide exceptional support to Project Directors and Managers particularly on large projects
- Stay across latest news and developments in the industry to inform client discussions and work
- Support guide and develop others on projects and in buddy/mentor roles
You are:

- 2 years prior work experience in a professional environment related to our sectors and capability areas. Look at our work at to learn more
- Strong analytical skills and the capacity to interpret and translate qualitative and quantitative data
- The capability to think articulate write and present logically
- Strong problem-solving ability applied in a structured and creative way
- Exceptional communication skills including the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
