Were seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Consultant Performance to join our team on a fixed-term basis to support the delivery of a strategic project focused on optimising employee performance across the University.
In this project-based role youll be part of the People and Culture Division contributing to the design and implementation of targeted initiatives that strengthen performance practices build the capability of our leaders and create greater clarity and consistency in how performance is supported.
Youll take a hands-on role in coordinating the project partnering with leaders and key stakeholders and shaping tools resources and support that enable staff and leaders to engage confidently in performance improvement. Whether its driving project milestones developing practical and scalable solutions or embedding sustainable change youll bring structure initiative and a strong focus on outcomes.
Youll be part of a highly collaborative team thats passionate about creating a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Were looking for someone whos delivery-focused adaptable and thrives on solving complex problems through practical solutions.
