Job Description:
- Gathers and documents current and future state business processes functional and non-functional requirements and carries out stakeholder needs assessments. Ensures that business requirements align with the overall business strategy and objectives.
- Facilitates communication between business and IS teams ensuring a common understanding of requirements and expectations.
- Creates clear and concise documentation of business requirements process flows use cases and functional specifications. Collaborates with quality assurance teams to develop test cases and validate results and may participate in the testing process to ensure that developed solutions meet the specified requirements.
- Collaborates with project managers to establish project timelines milestones and deliverables. Monitors project progress identifies risks and proposes solutions to mitigate potential issues.
- Analyzes existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborates with technical teams to assess the feasibility of any proposed solutions.
- Assists in cost estimates and proposal documentation for funding requests (capital operating internal)

Bachelors Degree in relevant field required.

Skills:
- Working knowledge of standards best practices methodologies and frameworks associated with a healthcare industry business process management and the IT discipline.
- Working knowledge of operating systems and application development.
- Effective use of technology and requirements analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with all types of employees and management.
Experience:
- One year of experience in requirements analysis project management and systems implementations required. Three years of experience preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
- Data analysis experience preferred.
