Job Description:

• Assist accounts payable analyst in preparing weekly disbursements including miscellaneous banking tasks
• Monitor daily and weekly cash management activities to ensure movement is as expected
• Assist VP with bi-weekly payroll submissions
• Prepare corporate general ledger reconciliations
• Review and reconcile Travel and Entertainment expenses
• Prepare and reconcile journal entries
• Assist management in preparation of annual payroll planning
