Are you a motivated and skilled civil engineer ready to lead high-impact infrastructure projects The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer to manage the delivery of capital and commercial civil works from planning through to completion.
In this hands-on role youll oversee construction projects that make a tangible difference in our communityensuring they are delivered safely on time within budget and to the highest quality and environmental standards.
What youll be doing:
- Leading the full project lifecycle for civil infrastructure worksplanning tendering budgeting delivery and close-out
- Coordinating contracts and engaging with contractors suppliers regulators and the community
- Managing budgets and financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with WHS environmental and quality requirements
- Supporting business development through commercial opportunities and external projects
What were looking for:
- A degree in Engineering
- Experience in civil infrastructure construction and/or contracting
- Strong project management contract administration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and solve complex problems
Whats on offer
- Starting salary of around $110K 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance 12% superannuation
- Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week
- Options to accrue flex time and flexible working arrangements
- Generous leave entitlements - long service leave after 5 years.
