Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: Mon Fri 3:30pm 2am (40 hrs/week)
What you will do:
As a Production Associate I you will perform various manufacturing duties as required to ensure the team meets all goals and objectives. Types of work include packaging stoning straightening material handling hand finishing buffing laser marking masking blasting and inspection of implants and/or instruments.
- Conduct visual inspection and utilize inspection tools to ensure quality and consistency
- Use standard inspection tools (i.e. calipers micrometers height gages and comparator)
- Engage in continuous improvement activities such as exposing problems collecting data to solve problems and suggesting improvement ideas
- Perform dimensional lay-out inspection on in-house and vended manufactured product
- Complete Autonomous Maintenance on equipment including cleaning equipment and workstation
- Use new software platforms (i.e. SharePoint Oracle Access)
- Understand and follow all policies and procedures related to GMP/QMS/SOP
- Meet work schedule and overtime requirements including weekends
What you need:
Preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing Experience
- Experience using standard inspection tools (i.e. calipers micrometers height gages and comparator)
