Job Description
Cedar Park Group is actively seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians for immediate night shift work on commercial projects. Were looking for dependable safety-conscious professionals ready to work in large retail or big-box store environments.
Multiple Locations: Baltimore MD Hagerstown MD Gaithersburg MD Waldorf MD
Key Responsibilities:
- Install repair and maintain commercial electrical systems in accordance with blueprints schematics and code requirements
- Execute all conduit work (EMT PVC rigid) including code-compliant bends and layouts
- Pull route and terminate wire for power and control systems
- Install rooftop units (RTUs) and air handling units (AHUs) including power and control wiring
- Set up and wire electrical panels subpanels and breakers
- Install and connect switches receptacles GFCIs and commercial lighting fixtures
- Ensure worksite safety and compliance with OSHA regulations and NEC standards
- Perform physical work including bending stooping standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
- Proficiency in conduit bending and installation is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of wire pulling and electrical hookups
- Experience working in large commercial retail environments
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments and conditions
