The Department of Music Theatre & Film at Saint Josephs University invites applications for the position of Adjunct Instructor Music Theatre and Film in Vocal Performance to teach private voice lessons in the Fall 2025 semester.The Department of Music Theatre & Film at Saint Josephs University invites applications for the position of Adjunct Instructor Music Theatre and Film in Vocal Performance to teach privatevoicelessons in the Fall 2025 semester.
Job responsibilities include:
- Providing privatein-person voicelessons to Music majors Musical Theatre majors and Music minors; participation in vocal juries.
- Organization of and attendance at end-of-semester studio studentvoicerecital.
- This is a part-time faculty position of up to 6 hours weekly in the Fall 2025 semester.
Required qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Music evidence of successful teaching experience in studiovoiceat the college level and demonstrated experience as a performer.
Preferred qualifications:
- D.M.A. invoiceand experience teachingvoicein a liberal arts college setting.
