Job Description

Team Carney a dynamic performance and professional development provider is seeking a Range Financial Resources Support individual to support a government contract related to Airspace Ranges and Airfield operations.
This position is onsite in Hampton Virginia.
This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide analytical financial support to the HQ ACC/Airspace Ranges and Airfield Operations Division and ACC/Test and Training Divisionstaff in the development and integration of requirements into existing and/or planned systems and/or Range infrastructure.

  1. Assist in planning documents and activities such as investment needs various acquisition activities requirements development requirements prioritization and developmental planning.

  1. Provide assistance in addressing programming and operational needs for all range requirements. Manage all aspects of all A3A directed Program Element Codes.

  1. Provide development analysis and process assistance in all Program Objective Memorandum (POM) activities to include annual POM briefings both at ACC and HAF levels.

  1. Assist Program Managers (PMs) with the development management and execution of Range Budget Initial Distribution Annual Execution Plans unfunded requirement validations closing open balances updating/informing/answering HAF and SAF PMs travel requirements draft DEAMS documents etc.

  1. Create and maintain program documents and files such as spreadsheets databases briefing slides and correspondence.

  2. Advise ACC/A3A and ACC/A5T on all Range financial status and/or issues.

  3. Coordinate with all MAJCOM level CAF Range PMs and ACC Range Managers for their range requirements both for in-year execution and POM process.

  4. Coordinate with A5T all MAJCOM level CAF Range PMs and ACC Range Managers to develop score and execute in-year execution and POM process documents to include preparing funding documents and annual Investment dollars.

  5. Assist Contracting Officer Representative (COR) with all budgetary aspects of A3AR contract vehicles.

Requirements:

  1. Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  2. Bachelors Degreefrom an accredited university with an emphasis in Accounting Business Economics Finance Engineering Program Management or Public Administration.
  3. Minimum 3 years experience working with the Federal Budget and Resource Allocation process and procedures.
  4. Minimum 3 years experience working with the process and procedures in which programs and budgets are developed staffed and approved.

The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time status. Part-time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represent the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and is just one component of Team Carneys total compensation package for employees.
