Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Manager Finance the Accountant role this person is part of the extended accounting function for multiple region located in Xylem Indias Vadodara plant. S/he is responsible for managing the processing of the Journal accounting Fixed Assets register and preparing timely reconciliations. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that finance reports are accurate and up to date. These functions may include accounting financial reporting compliance and SOX processes & procedures. S/he will also be responsible for adhering to the internal control procedures Sox compliance and adherence to the delegation of authority matrix
