Job Description
Do you enjoy being a part of a great team And creating empathic guest experiences If you do wed love to meet you. We are looking for a Public Area Cleaner to join a team of distinguished hospitality enthusiasts to open Dornoch Station.
The Role:
As a Public Area Cleaner youll play a key role in ensuring that all guest-facing and staff public areas are immaculately clean welcoming and aligned with our 5-star standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain lobbies corridors restrooms staircases and other public areas to the highest hygiene and presentation standards
- Regularly check and refresh high-traffic areas throughout the shift
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are used safely and stored correctly
- Support the wider housekeeping team when needed including special events and seasonal demands
- Provide friendly professional interaction with guests while maintaining discretion and service focus
