Groundsperson - Townsville

Due to the constant expansion of our Defence division Downer has multiple Full-Time opportunities available for Groundsperson to join the team located at Lavarack Barracks and RAAF Base.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your day-to-day activities will be:

General Gardening: Mowing Brush cutting; Edging; Pruning; Weed pest and Disease control. These positions do not require any experience you come with a willingness to learn and be part of an outstanding team. If you are interested and can offer a high-quality standard of work whilst amongst a dynamic & growing team we are looking to talk to you.

ABOUT YOU

• Suitability for Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship mandatory)
• Current full Drivers License (MR or Higher is highly regarded)
• High level of understanding and commitment to Zero Harm in the Workplace
• Have resilience a can-do attitude and be adaptable.
