This position is an exempt full time opportunity and is responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Assist Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager with the administration of complex programs to include scope schedule quality and organizational performance to achieve strategic business objectives.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal/external teams stakeholders customers and resources to support the assigned programs.
- Support the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager to ensure program goals are met resources are utilized efficiently and interdependent projects within the program are in alignment.
- Facilitate the planning and organizing activities of customer contracts databases and ENF business systems.
- Execute all assigned duties at a level of quality schedule and cost that is consistent with the expectations of the customer.
- Ensure compliance with terms of contracts U.S. Government and company policies standards regulations and procedures.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through contract performance including timely and accurate contract data requirements list reports and deliverable generation and submission.
- Identify and up channel cross-contract constraints potential delays and issues while mitigating program risks.
- Produce program status presentations forecasts and reports on a regular and consistent basis.
- Create and maintain program product proposals cost estimates quotations and risk assessments.
- Perform marketing activities as assigned.
- Coordinate inquiry estimate order review and IPT Meetings.
- Facilitate quality audits and customer visits.
- Responsible for completion of customer surveys and information requests.
- Enter estimate and sales order(s) into Enterprise Resource System and manage estimate/order logs (quote numbers won/lost data).
- Interact with customers and vendors as needed.
- Traveling internationally or domestically as needed to support aforementioned duties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two-Year Associates Degree Business Engineering Metallurgy or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5 Years or less sales experience.
- Excellent problem solving teamwork communication and listening skills.
- Must be proactive and results oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong personal computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Travel as necessary.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior Sales Engineering or DoD/Industrial Sales/Marketing experience in custom finish machined and/or custom engineered products.
