Role/Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute strategic sourcing and procurement activities for specific client requirements across Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service lines
- Lead negotiations and deliver savings targets relative to account deliverables
- Implement strategic procurement planning RFP management bid analysis and recommendations
- Manage supplier relationships contract management risk management compliance and reporting
- Provide performance reporting against KPIs strategic sourcing activity and supplier performance
- Support transformation activities including audits reports and actions
- Ensure adherence to S&P Policies and Procedures keeping them current and aligned with country operations
- Maintain and manage sustainability and D&I strategy for the account
- Produce S&P QBR reporting and conduct supplier review meetings
- Support account transitions and onboarding of suppliers as required
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong experience in procurement and strategic sourcing with a focus on IFM services
- Excellent leadership project management and financial skills
- Outstanding negotiation and client relationship management abilities
- Strong analytical thinking and commercial acumen
- Proficiency in developing and implementing sourcing strategies
- Experience working with suppliers across the EMEA region
- Deep understanding of IFM services and supplier environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with fluency in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and procurement platforms (e.g. Jaggaer)
- Knowledge of sourcing procedures and protocols particularly for services contracts
- Experience in developing EMEA strategic relationships with multi-national suppliers
- Professional certification (e.g. CIPS CPM) or evidence of continued professional growth is preferred
