Sales Support Analyst Connor Clark & Lunn Financial Group London UK OVERVIEW Our European sales team is hiring a Sales Support Analyst. The European sales team works with CC&L affiliated investment teams to grow the groups asset management business by identifying and pursuing prospective investors for its diverse suite of investment strategies. This is a London (UK) based role and can offer some flexibility (when appropriate) between working from home and the office (1-2 x home / 3-4 x office) in Central London. This position works across our organization (investment operations IDA legal compliance marketing teams) as well externally (consultants databases portals capital introduction teams). Location: While this role is ideally based in our London office were also open to internal applicants based in Toronto or Montreal. If youre located in either of these offices some flexibility will be needed to accommodate a few overlapping hours with our London team. OBJECTIVEThe primary objective for the Sales Support Analyst is to help foster a high level of efficiency and productivity for the sales manager(s) in Europe. Each of the job responsibilities outlined in this document are important components of the sales process. When the Sales Support Analyst effectively assumes these responsibilities the external facing sales manager(s) are able to increase the volume and quality of their prospecting activities. RESPONSIBILITIESThe Sales Support Analyst will assist European sales managers with planning and execution and will support the engagement with consulting firms in the pursuit of favorable ratings and with other groups such as capital introduction teams for sales targets identification. The Sales Support Analyst will work closely with CC&L affiliates and various Financial Group teams (marketing product operations legal compliance IDA) on a number of projects in support of the sales effort. At the same time the Sales Support Analyst will continue to build their own knowledge of global capital market concepts the firms investment capabilities and the institutional sales process. - External meeting preparation and follow-up

QUALIFICATIONSThe successful Sales Support Analyst candidate will be a highly energetic and motivated investment professional with 3-6 years of asset management experience: - Team player with positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
- Developing knowledge of the global equity markets
- Knowledge of European asset management industry (UCITS AIFs wholesale platforms) a plus
- Strong ability to recognize selection patterns
- Familiarity with the development and execution of a sales plan
- Excellent communication and computer (MS Office primarily) skills
- Ability to effectively coordinate projects across multiple teams
- High degree of integrity and maturity
