As a SaaS company in the housing industry we rely on forward-thinking learning formats and innovative technologies to continuously support the development of our employees. To strengthen our Learning & Development team we are looking for a committed working student to join us as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities
Support the planning execution and evaluation of learning programs (e.g. soft skills training e-learnings learning journeys)
Assist with administrative tasks such as invitation and participant management platform maintenance and scheduling
Help design and implement creative learning formats and internal communication materials (e.g. campaigns presentations newsletters)
Conduct research on trends tools and best practices in learning and development
Support the technical setup of virtual or hybrid training sessions
What You Bring
You are currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g. education psychology communications business HR or similar)
Affinity for technology and confident in using digital tools (MS 365 nice to have as well also Adobe 365 LMS platforms etc.)
Strong English skills both written and spoken
Excellent communication skills and organizational talent
Creativity team spirit and enthusiasm for bringing in and implementing new ideas
