Summary
We are looking for a Proposal and Project Manager Airborne EW Systems (f/m/d) for the Electronic Warfare (EW) division at the Ulm site as soon as possible.The Electronic Warfare (EW) division develops innovative products and solutions in the field of radar and communication jamming systems for airborne maritime and land-based military applications.
Your Tasks
Preparation of offers for solutions and products in the area of responsibility
Analyzing customer requirements and deriving product / system requirements
Independent planning and implementation of customer projects in terms of time scope costs and quality
Active management of risks and opportunities as well as close coordination with customers partners users subcontractors and suppliers
Creation of business cases and definition of product roadmaps
Collaboration on the overall program-wide strategy
Technical management of the project team including employees from other functions (matrix organization)
Regular exchange with related projects within the program area
Sales support activities such as customer demonstrations and workshops in Germany and abroad
Your Profile
Completed studies in electrical engineering industrial engineering or similar
Experience in the technical management and motivation of interdisciplinary teams
Several years of professional experience in project management PMI certification advantageous
Extensive knowledge in the preparation of offers
Basic knowledge of high-frequency technology advantageous
Knowledge of military procurement advantageous
Independent systematic and structured way of working
Convincing appearance assertiveness and willingness to take on responsibility
Business fluent in German and English
