Lead the delivery of Toll Groups most complex transformative projects across automation digital platforms and infrastructure. As Head of Projects / Project Director reporting directly to the Senior Vice President for Business Development and Solutions youll take the reins of enterprise-level programs critical to our Retail & Consumer division. Youll be the driving force behind strategic alignment governance and execution bringing structure vision and results to initiatives that shape Tolls future.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain robust project governance and reporting frameworks
Champion change management and stakeholder engagement across all levels
Develop and manage multi-million-dollar budgets with financial discipline
Drive digital transformation and automation partnering with IT and digital teams
Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring regulatory compliance
Implement continuous improvement and benchmarking against industry best practices
Lead and mentor a team of project professionals to deliver excellence
Lead strategic planning and delivery of complex high-value projects across the business
Qualifications & Requirements
Relevant tertiary degree (essential)
Exceptional leadership communication and change management skills
Expertise in Agile PRINCE2 PMBOK or other project methodologies Strong financial acumen and experience in ROI/cost-benefit analysis
Proven ability to manage digital automation or infrastructure portfolios
10 years in senior project leadership roles with experience in large-scale transformation
