Williams College is pleased to announce a position for a Data Specialist to help monitor and improve the quality of the data in our systems to support the Office of College Relations goals within the areas of career exploration alumni outreach andfundraising.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Data Specialist is to maintain accurate and up-to-date gift biographic and prospect data within a complex database management system that supports all facets of the Office of College Relations advancement efforts. This role involves managing a broad range of constituentinformationincludingcontact details giving histories and prospect recordsto ensure data integrity and usability. The Data Specialist ensures a high standard of accuracy by adhering to established policies and procedures carefully analyzing and interpreting information and conducting research to resolve data issues as they arise. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality are essential for successfully carrying out these daily responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Hybrid on-site/remote work arrangements may be available up to 2 days per week with approval for employees based in NY MA CT or VT; subject to review and revision as policy evolves.This position requires at least 3 days per week of on-campus in person work.
