Job Description
Auntie Annes known for our homemade freshly baked golden brown soft pretzels that are served with a smile! Come grow with the largest and fastest growing domestic franchise partner of Auntie Annes Pretzels Chestnut Land Company. We are currently hiring an Assistant Manager and Shift Leaders.
ASSISTANT MANAGER
In cooperation with or in the event of the absence of the Store Manager the Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and operation of assigned Auntie Annes store with particular emphasis on maintaining Auntie Annes Three-Fold Philosophy and achieving the maximum profitability available from store operations.
- Making dough and pretzels from scratch.
- Working and managing shifts.
- Recruiting and training new hires.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality.
- Working towards performance goals.
- Maintaining safety and security at all times.
- Maintaining stock/inventory.
- $18.00/hour tips EARN UP TO $21.00/hour
- Full-time hours
- Mall hours - no late nights or early mornings

- Management experience in a retail restaurant or other fast-paced environment.
- A valid drivers license.
- Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and evenings.
SHIFT LEADER
The Shift Leaders responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality service cleanliness and workplace safety within the Auntie Annes Pretzels.
- Responsible for prepping baking and serving pretzels as well as other products. Greets customers and takes orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
- Monitors breaks overtime and scheduling for employees. Assist with training new employees.
- $15.50/hour TIPS EARN UP TO $18.50/hour
