What will you do: -
- Transform data into business insights
- Evaluating and surfacing insights and business opportunities through data and analytics
- Supporting the pest intelligence value proposition to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Provide technical partnership with the business for digital projects.
- Serve as the primary stakeholder interface on assigned projects; reviewing recommendations with stakeholders and receiving approval to proceed; providing updates on project status timelines and problems; reviewing final outcomes with the client and obtaining their sign off that all work has been conducted in accordance with stakeholder requirements
- Partner with the delivery team to create innovative and cutting-edge solutions to support the pest division digital needs
- Work on POCs for customer facing reporting
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and 5 years of relevant experience as an analyst or similar roles
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data and data analytics tools to drive decisions and identify trends and patterns
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as ADO or Jira
- Experience in writing SQL queries functions and stored procedures
- Ability to think strategically and problem solve

Preferred Qualifications
- Added plus if experienced in databricks and python
- Producing and presenting insights based on data
- Advanced principles and practices of project management and workflow analysis.
- Principles methods and techniques used in designing developing testing data science models.
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $83600.00 - $125400.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as experience education training geography etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
