Job Description

Job Summary (List Format):

- 3-month remote contract position with possibility of extension
- Requires excellent domain knowledge in Property & Casualty (P&C) Commercial Auto Insurance specifically related to Rating
- Must have detailed knowledge of Guidewire applications especially PolicyCenter and Rating modules
- Responsible for designing and implementing new Rating in Guidewire PolicyCenter (GW PC) Rating Cloud
- Experience documenting specifications for Rating including rate books rate tables and rate routines
- Skilled in gathering defining and organizing business and functional requirements including acceptance criteria for development and testing
- Ability to lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions and collaborate with Guidewire developers testers and configuration teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe certifications are a plus)
- Experience in implementing cloud solutions preferred
- Passion for InsureTech and staying updated on P&C industry best practices
- Technical skills required: Guidewire Edge and REST APIs Java DBMS Cloud integrations (Web Services Message Queues Service Bus) DevOps and web/mobile development (Angular/React)
- Proficiency with management tools (Confluence Jira Rally HP ALM) and Microsoft Office suite (including Visio)
- Mandatory submission of LinkedIn profile for all candidates
