Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - Change Manager
We are seeking a hands-on ITSM Change Manager to join the existing Change Management team. They will manage and support the end-to-end change management process. This role will ensure that all changes are reviewed approved communicated documented and executed in compliance with ITIL best practices minimizing risk and disruption to business.
Responsibilities:
Review and document change requests managing the approval process and ensuring proper risk assessment and mitigation strategies are in place.
Manage change requests for various Biz units prioritizing them based on impact and urgency ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Communicate scheduled blackout/freeze periods to ensure proper risk mitigation during high-priority times
Generate change advisory board (CAB) meeting agenda
Facilitate CAB meetings manage follow-up items and document CAB meeting minutes
Attend daily change review meetings
Attend weekly meetings to review their changes.
Send out daily major change communication.
Review Knowledge articles and update/modify as needed
Provide change management training as needed.
Generate change Management KPIs/SLAs
Should be well versed in ITSM reporting
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Good experience in Change Management/ITSM areas.
Skills: Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT service management processes incident management and root cause analysis.
Certifications: ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
ITIL certification is desired but not required.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Excellent business process and change management skills with ability to develop strategy evaluate efficacy influence stakeholders drive implementation and measure success.
Strong quantitative analytical problem-solving skills including the ability to accumulate organize and assimilate large amounts of information.
Ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple tasks with competing priorities.
