YOU
As a Senior Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for assisting in the installation maintenance and repair of machines and equipment. You will use preventive and predictive maintenance processes to rapidly troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and quickly restore equipment to support the successful operation of the plant. You will assist in helping to direct the workflow of lesser experienced maintenance technicians and work with other maintenance technicians to solve problems work with building leaders to optimize machines and equipment and meet aggressive timelines. You will collaborate with maintenance technicians and managers to perform Root Cause Analysis for equipment failures. This position is MondayFriday- 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.This shift is eligible for a $1.00 shift differential.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING(% of Time)
Perform preventative predictive and breakdown repair on all critical machinery auxiliary equipment as well as facility maintenance. Troubleshoot Electrical Pneumatic and Hydraulic equipment including PLC controls. (75%)
Assist in determining available options and order parts needed to make necessary repairs to equipment and building (15%)
Machining / fabricating / welding parts for production equipment and process improvement upgrades. (10%)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand walk see talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. This role operates large equipment and needs to constantly position self to maintain the operation of equipment. While performing the duties of this job the employee must possess the ability to lift carry push and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with proper equipment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Regularly work around moving mechanical parts. Noise level is loud. The job may risk exposure to dust heat and/or cold wet or humid conditions.
TRAVEL REQUIRED
This job requires no domestic travel.
WORK STATUS & LOCATION
This full-time non-exempt position is in Gallatin TN.
RELOCATION
Relocation is not available for this position.
PAY
$27.84 - $44.52 / hour
