Saint Josephs College of Maine (SJCME) is seeking to hire a qualified individual as anAssistant or Associate Dean of Studentsdepending on experience and qualifications; especially related to their previous experience with Title IX; to join a dynamic team in the division of Student Life. The position assists the Dean of Students in the strategic leadership of the Division of Student Life. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for providing leadership in the areas of housing student conduct student engagement student government Title IX drafting and reviewing Student Life policies and procedures and divisional budget and assessment activities. The incumbent will also serve as the Title IX Coordinator or the liaison for the College with any necessary external Title IX Support; based on their previous work experience.
The work location is in Standish Maine on the SJCME Campus.
The Title (Assistant or Associate Dean) and Salary will be contingent upon experience and ability and timeline to assume the Title IX Coordinator role.
