Job Description
Landscape Consultants is a leading provider of high-quality landscape design and installation services. Position Overview: We are seeking a Landscape Operations Supervisor with a solid background in landscape construction including hardscape and softscape installation masonry and concrete work. This role requires hands-on leadership and coordination of teams to ensure projects are completed safely on time and to our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day landscape installation operations and job sites
- Manage crews and assist with subcontractors ensuring proper workflow and productivity
- Oversee installation of hardscapes (pavers rock walls patios etc.) and softscapes (planting turf trees)
- Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Train and mentor crew members promoting a culture of safety and quality workmanship
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve on-site challenges
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role in landscape masonry concrete or construction
- Strong working knowledge of landscape installation project management hardscape/softscape techniques and site grading
- Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent organizational communication and team leadership skills
- Valid drivers license

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (hours may vary seasonally)
