Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team full-time. In this role you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients assisting with account management and supporting our financial advisors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. Financial knowledge is not required as we are willing to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Assist clients with account setup maintenance and transactions
  • Schedule appointments with clients and coordinate meetings
  • Provide support to financial advisors by preparing reports managing schedules and coordinating client meetings
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new information and processes

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting Salary: $41600 annually
