Job Description

Service Greeter
Summary:
Receives customers and assists them by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties:
Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly upbeat attitude answers their questions and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
Controls service traffic flow and parking.
Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment. Records customers name VIN tag number mileage and existing vehicle damage.
Assists lot attendant with duties at the service counter.
Maintains a clean and safe service drive area free of dirt water leaves snow etc.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
All applicants are required to demonstrate the ability to pass all pre-employment testing to include: background checks MVR pre-employment drug screening and be able to present a valid drivers license.
