Job Description
Preferred Care at Home ofVirginia Beach seeks a detail-oriented Caregiver Recruiter to source screen and onboard quality caregivers for our home care services.
POSITION SUMMARY: Recruit interview and onboard caregivers to meet client needs. Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial screening through orientation while complying with licensing requirements and agency standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment & Screening. Source caregiver candidates through multiple channels. Conduct phone and in-person interviews. Verify licenses certifications and background checks and compliance accurate applicant tracking and personnel files On-boarding & Orientation. Conduct new caregiver orientations. Ensure completion of all required documentation. Coordinate skills assessments and training requirements. Process employment paperwork and maintain records
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years administrative or office experience
Strong computer skills and database phone and communication skills. Ability to work in fast-paced multi- tasking environment. Ability to pass comprehensive background check PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS. Healthcare or home care industry experience. Experience with applicant tracking systems.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS - Strong organizational and time management abilities. Professional phone manner and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Ability to maintain confidential information. WORKING CONDITIONS: Office environment with standard business hours. Regular use of computer phone and office equipment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS -Competitive pay: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
PTO offered after 6 months. AFLAC insurance offered after 60 days.
