Must be available Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm and extended and weekend hours as needed.
Responsible for planning organizing and directing the activities of the Facilities Department including construction and maintenance functions. Secures bids and negotiates vendor service and supply contracts within prescribed limits. Reviews work performed and billing. Recommends actions regarding larger repairs remodeling and construction needs. Responsible for monthly and annual facility inspections of credit union equipment. Ensures that facilities and purchasing functions are completed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Assumes responsibility for planning organizing and directing the activities of the Facilities Department including construction and maintenance functions.
Effectively supervises assigned personnel ensuring optimal performance.
Secures bids and negotiates vendor service and supply contracts within prescribed limits.
Reviews vendor construction repair work and billing.
Recommends actions regarding repairs remodeling and construction needs.
Responsible for facility inspections of credit union branches.
Ensures that facilities and purchasing functions are completed in accordance with established policies and procedures
Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
NON-ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with Credit Union personnel and with management.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION
Walking: Especially for long distances.
Lifting: Occurs frequently and requires some use of upper body and back muscles.
Finger Dexterity: Using primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing picking up small objects or pinching fingers together.
Talking: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately loudly or quickly.
Average Hearing: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
Repetitive Motion: Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists hands and/or fingers.

Physical Strength: Stand for long periods of time. Occasional lifting carrying pushing and pulling of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
