What Youll Do
Conduct pre-placement functional screens and functional capacity evaluations for work comp referrals.
Lead ergonomic assessments for workstations renovations and new construction.
Provide body mechanics and ergonomic education tailored to specific departments and job tasks.
Partner with leadership to recommend and implement injury prevention programs and process improvements.
Track document and report outcomes to measure the impact of your work on employee health and safety.
What Were Looking For
Licensed Physical Therapist in Montana (or new grads eligible to obtain MT license within 30 days of hire).
Solid foundation in orthopedics task analysis body mechanics and kinesiology to prevent cumulative trauma disorders.
Experience with worksite/job analyses and evaluation/treatment of work-related injuries (3 years preferred).
Certification in ergonomics preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills a true team player who can also work independently.
Current HS AED CPR certification.

Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week. Day shift 8-hour shifts.
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
