Packaging Development Engineer
The Packaging Development Engineer creatively builds on Europals strengths to develop better packaging solutions that make a real difference. By standardizing or optimizing designs workflows and processes you help create a high-performance organization.
Responsibilities:
Development design and innovation:
Thinking analytically and creatively about customer requests
Creating technical plans and designs
Preparing drawings for the plotter and testing plotted models
Managing cost estimations for HPA and ECA tooling
Following up on potential production tests
Designing ECA and HPA projects and assessing their technical and qualitative feasibility
Providing product information to the sales team and answering their technical questions
Efficient production preparation:
Designing eco printing
Preparing plans for production
Contributing to the optimization of procedures
Contributing ideas on how to further implement AI within the R&D department
Problem handling and solving:
Handling specific customer requests within R&D
Respecting ISO procedures

You hold a masters degree in engineering preferably in product development other specializations or equivalent experience are also welcome
Experience is not required; we value an analytical mindset above all
Innovative and mathematical thinking comes naturally to you
You approach customer questions creatively and critically
You work smoothly with different departments: sales production and customer support
You can set priorities even in busy periods
You always put the customer first in everything you do
You are comfortable communicating in French
