As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will create solutions for clients to meet interfacing requirements with Dayforce. As a Senior Associate you will guide the execution of each project phase leveraging your knowledge in HCM or WFM concepts and technical skills in XML and SQL to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored solutions to meet client interfacing needs with Dayforce
- Oversee the execution of various project phases
- Utilize knowledge in HCM or WFM concepts for impactful delivery
- Apply technical skills in XML and SQL for customized outcomes
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements
- Mentor junior team members throughout project execution
- Confirm adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Analyze feedback to refine project approaches and solutions
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of experience in HCM or WFM concepts
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- In-depth knowledge of HCM or WFM concepts
- Skilled in XML XSLT and SQL
- Experience in creating customized client solutions
- Ability to gather business requirements effectively
